Meet the Team
Nate Avery
Co-Owner · Master Electrician
Nate Avery is a seasoned electrical professional with more than 26 years of hands-on experience. Born and raised in Idaho, Nate graduated high school and immediately entered the trade as an apprentice electrician in his father's company — spending over two decades helping build and operate the family business.
Throughout his career, Nate has contributed to a wide range of major commercial and industrial projects across multiple sectors. His deep expertise eventually led him to serve as a state electrical inspector, and he holds a Master Electrician License reflecting his technical mastery of the trade.
Recently, Nate relocated from Pocatello to Idaho's Treasure Valley to launch F.U.S.E. alongside his brother — bringing his decades of field experience, leadership, and commitment to safety and code compliance to every project.
Outside of work, Nate is a devoted family man — married for 14 years with a thriving 14-year-old daughter. He loves mountain biking, dirt biking, paddleboarding, and making memories in the Idaho mountains.
Chris Avery
Co-Owner · Master Electrician
Born and raised in Pocatello, Idaho, Chris Avery began his electrical career in 2005, working in custom residential homes. After adapting through the 2008 housing market crash, he gained experience across nearly every sector of the industry — from small commercial spaces to large-scale developments, hospitals, industrial facilities, and major manufacturing plants, including the Chobani facility in Twin Falls — the world's largest yogurt factory.
After falling in love with the Treasure Valley during a 2013 project, Chris joined a local electrical service company and discovered a passion for serving customers directly. He played a major role in transforming that company from a single-vehicle operation into one of Idaho's highest-rated, award-winning electrical contractors — designing its service processes, pricing structures, material systems, and training programs.
Today, Chris brings 20+ years of experience, a Master Electrician license, and a customer-first mission to every project: honest recommendations, exceptional workmanship, and unparalleled service.
Outside of work, Chris still loves mountain biking, exploring Idaho, and traveling abroad — but his greatest focus is his wife and their two children.
